We would be honored to meet with you to assist and/or customize any of our packages listed below. Our goal is your complete happiness and satisfaction. All packages include table linens and napkins in the colors of your choosing. We will assist with all aspects of table set up including table numbering, favor set up and escort card stations. We will also assist with coordination of your special day’s schedule with other vendors such as events or florists, bridal party announcements and cake cutting. We will cut and serve your cake at no additional charge. Servers included for all packages. 8% sales tax and a minimum gratuity of 20% is not included. A 25% deposit is needed to secure your date. With the exception of funeral receptions, your confirmed headcount is needed 10 days before your event and final payment, in the form of cash, check or money order, based on your final headcount is needed 5 days before your scheduled date. If paying by credit card an additional charge of 4% will be applied.
